Long term user of veepee, been using the "new" version for a few weeks and can say 1. There are fewer brand sales than before 2. The discounts are mixed. I've found a couple of really good deals but many prices same as other websites 3. Returns and refunds are incredibly slow, basically 2 weeks from the moment you hand your package over 4. Returns via mondial relay are really inconvenient and you need a printer 5. Customer services take days to reply to messages

Everything that is already said about the new interface is true. Moreover, once you have an item in your cart it is impossible to just click on it and open - should you wish to see again a big photo, you have to go all the way back to find your item in its subcategory... Overall, feels worse than the older version.
Less user friendly then previous one. Not possible to see every item at once like previous version of app. You have too click way too much before you can see every item.
New app is very unuser friendly ! Terrible app.
The new interface looks good but most of the times I'm unable to see the pictures and it's less user friendly than the previous one. There used to be more and better sales until recently.

Very disappointed the new version is very slow, so many time HV to click.the old version is better for me
The new update is horrible. It freezes a lot more. Let's me put in items in the cart but gives me an error every time I go to my cart and want to check out in the last step. Well...one good thing...I can save some money now as long as this issue is not fixed.
Finally a sort by price option. It's nice. After so many years though. 🤦🏽♀️ It would be nice to have the app in English too. Some of the discounts are usual as from the brand website so no special advantage from veepee. Otherwise it's a nice app.
